Ashton focuses on customer service, estimates, and project planning, making sure every client receives clear communication and tailored solutions. He also spends part of each week in the field alongside the crews, ensuring that projects are carried out with the same care he promises during planning. His balance of business expertise and hands-on involvement helps keep AJ’s Lawn & Landscape organized, efficient, and personally connected to every client.

Landscape Management, University of MarylandJackson oversees daily operations and works full time in the field, leading crews and managing projects from start to finish. With years of hands-on experience and specialized training in landscape management, he ensures each job is completed to the highest standard. His leadership, attention to detail, and practical knowledge form the backbone of AJ’s Lawn & Landscape’s reputation for dependable, high-quality service.
Max has been part of AJ’s Lawn & Landscape for four years and has grown alongside the company into a full-time Landscape Foreman. He takes pride in producing quality work, leading by example, and upholding the high standards our company is known for.
With a strong focus on efficiency, attention to detail, and client communication, Max ensures every project is completed professionally and every property is left better than it was found. His reliability and dedication make him a valued leader within our field operations.

Paris has been with AJ’s Lawn & Landscape for over three years. With a technical background in HVAC from Lincoln Tech in Columbia, Maryland, he brings strong problem-solving skills and hands-on expertise to every project.
His experience with electrical systems, diagnostics, and safety-focused work allows him to handle complex job-site challenges with confidence and precision. Known for his work ethic, versatility, and leadership in the field, Paris plays a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality results for our clients.
