Ashton D’Alonzo

Ashton founded AJ’s Lawn & Landscape with a passion for building a company centered around quality workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. He oversees all aspects of the business including estimating, project planning, client relations, business development, and company operations.

While managing the day-to-day business, Ashton remains actively involved in field operations and regularly visits job sites to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. His hands-on leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to continuous improvement have helped grow AJ’s Lawn & Landscape into one of the area's trusted landscape contractors.

Max D’Alonzo

Operations Manager/Landscape Foreman

Max has been an integral part of AJ’s Lawn & Landscape for more than four years and has grown alongside the company into a key leadership role. As Operations Manager and Landscape Foreman, he helps oversee daily field operations, crew management, project execution, equipment logistics, and quality control.

Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership-by-example approach, Max works closely with field staff to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards clients expect. His dedication to both the team and the customer experience makes him an essential part of the company's continued growth and success.
